Diamond Crystal: My Go-To Kosher Salt for Over 10 Years

Thank you for carrying Diamond Crystal kosher salt! It’s the only kosher salt I’ve used for over 10 years. Once you get accustomed to a particular salt, it’s hard to switch. Other salts can taste saltier, which is fine if that’s what you’re used to. I also love Diamond Crystal’s grain size and feel. It’s a favorite among many professional chefs, too, and for good reason! So glad I can continue to get it from The Spice House!

The best salt to buy for flavoring your food!

This is the only salt I will use for seasoning my food and it’s only 280 mg of sodium per serving 1/4 teaspoon compared to other brands and other salt choices which usually are 400 to 580 mg per 1/4 teaspoon. However 14.49 is way too expensive! I get the same amount for 8.99. Spice House your prices have skyrocketed since 2020 and feel that you are taking advantage of your customers! I still shop here but not as much as before.

I have been using Diamond Crystal Salt for years. It’s light, easy to pinch. Hard to overseason something. It melts into food easily.

The best every day salt

Love using this salt - just thr right amount of grind, not too coarse and not too fine. And it lasts a long time!
